We do not ship outside of Canada.
Here at Pacific Spirit Outdoors we stand behind every single one of our products and we understand that returns and exchanges may be necessary. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. We ask that you keep your original receipt.
All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for material and workmanship. Items showing signs of severe use or items sent for refund without sales receipt cannot be accepted.
Items like cookware, cutlery, cooking systems etc. are not eligible for return and refund. Unless there is manufacturing defect – sale of these items is final.
Please note: once the item(s) is shipped it is out of our control and in hands of shipping a company. You may at any time track your parcel using provided tracking number or contact the shipping company directly if you have any questions about the location of your parcel.
For returns, please follow these steps:
- Fill out our return form (PSO return form)
- Wait for return authorization number, once received, include return authorization number with the return form. Please note we can NOT refund your shipping!
- Include return form, along with the original receipt, with items.
- Package your item(s) and drop off at your nearest Post office.
Important note: All items will need to be evaluated for warranty approval.
We cannot accept COD’s or courier deliveries, as the higher cost of these services will be charged back to YOU.
